HARDSCAPE: POMPTON LAKES BACKYARD OASIS
A Modern, Serene Retreat
Most pools get a strip of concrete. This Pompton Lakes backyard got a courtyard. A covered seating area set behind block pillars, a fire pit at the center, seating walls that define the edges without closing them in. Three distinct spaces, and a backyard that works like another room of the house.
STAMPED CONCRETE: BOONTON POOLSIDE TRANSFORMATION
Relaxed Luxury Design
The pool was in. The ground around it was gravel. We poured a stamped concrete deck in a Yorkstone pattern, with integrated coping and a darker border drawn to follow the pool's own line. In Boonton, the eat in area, the deck, and the lawn now read as one continuous surface.

An Entrance That Reads as Timber
Everyone wants the look of a timber entrance. Almost nobody wants what wood does after five winters. This Montville entrance gets the wood look and none of the rot. Stamped concrete, two tones, saw texture and end grain on every nose.

Timeless Appeal, Effortless Function
A driveway that could not hold two cars, steps past their life, an entry that read as an afterthought. We widened the drive, built twin staircases and a retaining wall with proper drainage under it, and lit the approach. Two years later they called us back for a backyard nobody used. It became a circular seating patio around a fire pit.
