This project happened in two chapters. The first call was about the front: a narrow driveway that couldn't hold two cars, aging front steps, and a walk that made the entry feel like an afterthought. We widened and repaved the driveway, built two custom staircases and a retaining wall with proper drainage, enlarged the stoop, and finished with plantings and low voltage lighting. Two years later, the homeowners called us back for the backyard, a sloped lawn nobody used. Regrading and new drainage made it level, and a circular seating patio with a fire pit gave the family a reason to be out there. A new paver walkway now ties the two chapters together. TLS still cares for the lawn today.
